1. Acceptance

By using AISumvid(“the Service”) at aisumvid.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AISumvidfetches transcripts from YouTube videos and generates AI-powered summaries. The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that summaries are accurate, complete, or error-free. Always verify important information from the original source.

3. Plans & Pricing

• Free: 3 summaries per day. Full Summary available for your first 5 lifetime summaries.
• Starter: 120 summaries/month at $3/month. No daily cap, no ads.
• Pro: Unlimited summaries at $8/month. All features, priority speed.
• Lifetime: $120 one-time payment. Same as Pro, limited to 200 slots.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. Contact us at hello@aisumvid.com. No refunds after 7 days or for renewals.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access other users' data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you submit. The summaries generated are yours to use. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its code, design, and branding.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
